Job Description:

Vector Construction  Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Concrete Repair Technician to join our expanding team of concrete restoration specialists, administering our innovative concrete repair solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Gain experience and knowledge of corrosion and specialty scopes of work.
• Support and foster Vector’s safety program and behavior-based safety culture at all times.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction with all phases of projects through completion.
• Safely operate necessary tools and equipment with good manual dexterity for their intended purposes.
• Willing to learn and grow as part of a team, to see projects through completion with the highest standards of safety and project delivery.
• Manage one’s own time and priorities – ensuring tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Additional Duties:

• Effectively communicate with your Management Team in order to ensure smooth and safe operations at all times. 
• Demonstrate upstanding character and a good attitude
• Be accountable and responsible
• Be respectful of others

Requirements:

• 1+ years related work experience
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
• Some weekend, evening, and/or night shift work may be required
• Ability to travel as needed to complete projects.
• CSA approved steel-toed work boots
• Ability to communicate in English, in writing and verbally
